Aldo Zilli and the Sacco family will launch their Lucarelli Restaurant brand at Harvey Nichols London early this month - their fourth opening under the recently developed concept in 12 months.

Located on the Knightsbridge department store’s Fifth Floor, the 60-cover restaurant will offer Italian casual dining staples including bruschetta, pasta, risotto and pizza.

The ‘sophisticated’ interior has been designed to ‘bring Mediterranean alfresco dining to West London’ with design features including an open kitchen.

The new restaurant has taken over part of the central atrium in a newly created space and will trade alongside the Fifth Floor Café, Madhu's Brasserie, Burger & Lobster and Zelman Meats.

Lucarelli Restaurants was launched by the Sacco family 2021 and now operates sites in Birmingham city centre, Solihull and West Bromwich.

The restaurant brand’s owner SaSh Group is headed by Carmine Sacco, who worked for national and international Italian restaurant group San Carlo for over two decades.

Aldo Zilli also worked with San Carlo on a consultancy basis between 2016 and 2019.

“At Lucarelli Restaurants, we invite people to arrive as guests and leave as family. I believe food is a centerpiece of family time and we hope the time spent in our new London location becomes as important and special to our diners as it is in my family home,” says Sacco.

Zilli added: “In true Italian style, have welcomed me to their family, so I am thrilled to see the fourth Lucarelli Restaurant opening is such an iconic London venue. I’ve been inspired by my loved ones to create a menu with some of my favourite dishes to serve when hosting family.”
