Chef Alex Webb’s pop-up restaurant at London’s The InterContinental Park Lane London hotel will become a permanent fixture.

The MasterChef: The Professionals 2020 winner launched pop-up Alex Webb on Park Lane at the hotel in October but will now continue to run it next year following its successful opening months.

Essex-born Webb has trained at restaurants including Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Roux at Parliament Square, and The Frog in Hoxton. His first moment in the spotlight came in 2020, when he was crowned winner of the popular TV cooking programme.

His menu at Alex Webb on Park Lane is inspired by his travels and nostalgic flavours from his childhood with diners able to choose from four-course (£75) or seven-course (£110) menus as well as a set menu served on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Friday and Saturday lunchtimes, with two courses for £35.
