Crudo Cevicheria is to relocate its Fitzrovia restaurant from Riding House Street to Foley Street to allow for a larger dining space and the addition of a small wine shop.

Set to relaunch at the end of the month, Crudo Fitzrovia will offer the same menu of customisable ceviche bowls.

Guests can choose between the classic option of raw sea bass with homemade leche de tigre; a Nikkei bowl with sushi rice, nori and a ponzu leche de tigre; Crudo’s Vegano with chickpeas, quinoa, avocado and rocoto pepper and leche de tigre.

Other dishes include pastel de choclo corn cake; and avocado and beetroot tartare.

The new wine shop will be focused on organic and natural wines from suppliers including Wanderlust and Pure Wines with bottles starting at £10.

Both from Venezuela, founders Maria Yanez and Carlos Socorro created Crudo in 2019, noticing 'a gap in the market for ceviche'.

Following the success of the Fitzrovia site further restaurants have launched in Old Street and Hackney.

A site in Covent Garden’s Seven Dials area will open next month bringing the group up to a total of four restaurants.
