Libertine Burger heads to Stratford-upon-Avon for third restaurant
The Warwickshire-based burger brand will open its third restaurant, in Stratford-upon-Avon, in March.
Libertine serves a range of beef, chicken and vegan-friendly burgers, including its latest creation the #512, made from its signature vegan patty, brioche bun, This isn’t bacon, Baconnaise, vegan bourbon bacon jam, vegan frazzles, ketchup, French’s mustard, lettuce and pickles.
“We spent a long time looking for the perfect place for our third site and Stratford-upon-Avon is just right. Thanks to our nationwide delivery service people across the country can enjoy a Libertine Burger at home, but we know everyone loves the full restaurant experience and now we can bring that to even more people thanks to the new restaurant,” says Libertine Burger founder Charles Harris.
“The new Leamington restaurant created a blueprint for our future venues, so Stratford will follow that design, ensuring we can serve up our great burgers in a unique setting for people who live, work and visit the town. We can’t wait to open our doors and show everyone our new home.”
Libertine started out as a street food business in 2017 before opening its first restaurant in Leamington Spa. Last year the group closed the site, moving to a larger 59-cover venue in the city that has become the blueprint model for the group as it expands.
It also operates a 110-cover restaurant in Rugby.
Last year the company announced plans to expand into Birmingham and also along the M40/M42 leading to London for venues in the capital and further down south.
