Winglab to open in Camden

The group will open a site on the second floor of the Hawley Wharf development in Camden Lock Place on 16 March. It will serve an ‘elevated’ menu created by the founders and chef Ben Harrington, former head chef at The Stratford Hotel and will give away free wings to the first 100 customers through its doors.

Menu items will include its range of wings and tenders available in options such as lemon pepper; buffalo; Thai; garlic butter and parmesan; honey sesame; and sweet and smokey BBQ as well as burgers, such as the honey sesame burger made with sweet and sticky chicken drizzled in honey with white sesame, coriander cress, lettuce and kewpie mayo (pictured below), and sides such as mac n cheese balls and halloumi fries.

It will also serve two varieties of waffles - maple syrup and icing sugar; and sriracha and sour cream.

Winglab launched in 2022 in Tottenham.
