The Restaurant Show urges chefs to wear their whites for Hospitality Action
In an industry first, The Restaurant Show has pledged to donate £10 to Hospitality Action for every chef that attends the show in their chef uniform in a bid to amass the biggest brigade of chefs on a show floor in 2023.
Running from 2-4 October at Olympia London, The Restaurant Show is the flagship trade show for restaurateurs, chefs and casual dining operators.
“It’s been an incredibly tough few years for so many individuals in our industry and an initiative like this, championed by The Restaurant Show, is exactly the kind of support Hospitality Action needs right now so it can continue to offer vital funding to our community,” says Cyrus Todiwala, chef and Hospitality Action patron.
“Chefs – wear your whites with pride at the show this October – I’ll see you there!”
New for 2023, the show has several innovative zones lined up, including Chefs’ Ingredients, Chef’s Live Theatre and Bar & Drinks Live. Those in attendance will benefit from first-hand advice and inspiration from many of their esteemed peers, with the likes of Tommy Banks, Philli Armitage-Mattin and Gareth Ward set to deliver demos, panel discussions and mentoring sessions.
