Ashley Hamilton named as new Côte managing director
French brasserie chain Côte has appointed Ashley Hamilton as its new managing director.
Hamilton joins the Partners Group-backed restaurant chain from The Liberation Group where he spent the past year as operations director.
Prior to that he spent more than two years as operations director for Greene King’s Premium and Urban division and more than five years at Wagamama as operations director.
“We are delighted to have Ash on board. He is an exceptional operator and people leader," says Côte COO Sarah Hills, who joined the company in January this year from Megan's.
"Côte is a fabulous brand and we have big growth plans that Ash will play an important role in.”
Last month Côte named Amanda Underwood, formerly of PizzaExpress and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants as its new people director.
