Bennett Hay to supply hospitality services for Land Securities

Under the five-year contract, Bennett Hay will operate a commercial cafe supply hospitality, fine dining and supply hospitality, fine dining and event management services at one of Land Securities' buildings at London Victoria under its Hotel FM service.

Bennett Hay, which launched its Hotel FM service in September 2010, will be responsible for providing 'healthy lunch' offers at the cafe, which will be open to Land Securities' tenants and the public.

It will also meet all catering requirements for Land Securities' tenants - from board lunches to client dinners and canape parties, plus supply a front-of-house service. Services are expected to cater for up to 4,000 employees and members of the public in total.

Set up in September 2010 by Anthony Bennett and Robin Hay, Hotel FM takes inspiration from best practice in luxury hotel management.
