Funkin launches pickle juice
Funkin has launched a new premium pickle juice for bars and restaurants looking to capitalise on the growing popularity of savoury cocktails.

Product details

Funkin Pickle Juice is a briny, sweet juice from pickled cucumbers that can be used in as a cocktail mixer or served alongside a shot of whiskey. The juice is available to the on-trade in 36cl bottles.


Funkin claims this is the first premium pickle juice designed specifically for the on-trade. Funkin says the juice can help bars and restaurants capitalise on the growing popularity of savoury cocktails and the ‘pickleback serve’ - a shot of whiskey followed by a shot of pickle juice – which originated in bars in New York and has since made its way to UK shores.
