Mayfair’s Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows is to rebrand its skyline bar with a new name, new look, and a new menu.

Launching in September, 10º, which refers to the golden hour after sunrise or the hour before sunset, is described as a ‘soft and discreet evolution’ of the current bar offering.

Inspired by its namesake, the interiors – overseen by designer Aylott + Van Tromp – will feature warmer shading with a mixture of gold, burnt yellow and verdant hues.

Menus will also be updated, with the bar’s current light bites menu to be replaced by the new Joo’s Menu created by Galvin at Windows head chef Joo Won.

The food will be an ‘inventive take on French and Korean fusion light bites’ and will include a signature fried chicken dish.

“The refreshed bar menu reflects our dedication to presenting an exquisite and delicious offering,” says assistant general manager Gilles Louis.

“We expect 10º to be a key player in London’s thriving bar scene and we look forward to unveiling our new look to our customers, old and new.”

Galvin at Windows is located on the 28th floor of the London Hilton Park Lane and is run by brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin.

The chef restauranteurs’ other sites include Bistrot de Luxe, La Chapelle and food-led pub Galvin Hop.
