Omnichannel Foodservice Conference to be held in December
The inaugural Omnichannel Foodservice Conference will now take place at the Pullman London St Pancras on 7 December, following planned disruption from rail strikes.
The conference, combining the expertise of BigHospitality, MCA and The Grocer, will feature exclusive insight sessions and leader interviews with best-in-class exponents of an omnichannel approach.
Industry leaders will discuss the diversification of their respective brands’ and their omnichannel journeys over the years.
Speakers include Leon managing director Glenn Edwards, Itsu UK CEO Ganan Kanagathurai, and PizzaExpress managing director Zoe Bowley.
Alongside exclusive presentations, the conference will also include panel sessions on diversification, tech and delivery and investment and insight from Lumina Intelligence insight on omnichannel opportunities in the hospitality sector.
