Proove doubles up in Sheffield with fourth pizzeria
Located in Orchard Square, it will be the pizza brand’s fourth restaurant, joining its original restaurant in the city’s Broomhill area as well as in Manchester and Hertfod.
The new restaurant is larger than the Broomhill original and will feature a slightl larger menu with an extended range of starters and sharing dishes and desserts.
Proove was founded by Rob Engledow and Deepak Jaiswal in Sheffield in 2015 following a trip to Naples and is known for its range of Neapolitan pizzas that include version such as Pesto Royale, Ortolan, and Melanzane as well as a customisable sweet option where diners can choose between a Nutella or Biscoff pizza base and add toppings such as banana, pistachio, strawberries, blueberries, Kinder Bueno White, and crushed Oreo biscuits.
