Kitty Fisher’s Group to open Cafe Kitty
Called Cafe Kitty, it will open in Underbelly Boulevard, the new Soho theatre from Underbelly located in Walker’s Court, as first spotted by Hot Dinners.
The modern British restaurant will serve a menu that will include snacks of house pickles; olives, smoked beef cigarillo; and Portland crab croquette alongside starters of whipped cod’s roe and grilled toast; devilled whitebait; steak tartare and cured egg; spiced cauliflower soup with toasted hazelnuts; and courgette bahji with curried yoghurt.
Mains will include the Kitty club sandwich; fish pie and greens; curried monkfish with samphire, crispy shallots, and beurre blanc; and lamb cutlets and creamed spinach.
Cafe Kitty will also offer pre and post show menus with tables that can be booked at the same time as booking tickets.
