Apple Butter will launch a site close to Oxford Circus later this year following the success of its debut café in Covent Garden.

On Langham Place, the new location will seat 75 and will offer a more expansive menu than the brand’s original Monmouth Street location, which is well-known for its all-day brunch offer and Instagram-friendly interiors.

The menu will include specialty coffee, gourmet sandwiches, salads, cakes, pastries and ‘indulgent’ Middle East-inspired desserts.

Like the original location, this latest iteration of the brand will also offer an extensive selection of gluten and dairy-free options.

The Apple Butter concept has been created by Middle Eastern-born operators and brothers Saleh and Mohammad Alayan alongside Faycal Abdel Khalek.

Largely operating in the UAE, the trio’s Adara Group business also includes Sugar & Spice, Khan Farouk Tarab Cafe and NEO Restaurant.

Apple Butter's second location is slated to launch in March.
