Redemption Food has added a number of autumn seasonal products to its Love Soup branded range of soups for the foodservice trade to take advantage of continued consumer demand for more flavour varieties.

Product details:

The full Redemption Food Love Soup range is divided into four categories for all tastes and budgets - simple, house, special and extra special. The new autumn seasonal products include Teriyaki beef ramen, Indian sambar dahl vegetable, and Indonesian chicken & noodle broth.

USP:

The Love Soup brand places emphasis on the quality and the origin of its soup’s ingredients. Where possible, locally sourced produce is used including over a tonne and a half of cream from a local Durham dairy every week.

Price:

Cost differs on the type and size of order - caterers are advised to contact Redemption Food direct. The County Durham-based manufacturer also has a stocking advice section on its website including a margin calculator allowing foodservice operators to work out selling prices by inputting portion size and required margin.

Availability:

All 32 Love Soup readymade, chilled soups are available to the foodservice trade in 4kg buckets. Contact Redemption Food on 01207 508111 for more information or to find a nearby wholesaler.

Why should you buy it?

Mark Crow, general manager at Redemption Food, said: "Everybody in the food business follows the seasonal and cuisine trends, which are now generally cultivated from the multicultural society in which we live, and that is exactly what we’ve done with our new range."

"Consumers and caterers are demanding more from their soup than ever before, and simply won’t stand for products that are substandard, watery or flavourless, therefore an exceptional high standard stock and top quality ingredients are a must to create our fresh, homemade taste."

Extras:

As well as being able to provide point of sale material, such as table talkers and Love Soup branded kettles, Redemption Food also stocks a range of fruit toppers and bespoke products for chefs including soups and base sauces.

Other products on the market:

A number of manufacturers and wholesalers also produce or sell seasonal ranges of fresh soup including Brakes.
