Light equipment specialist Bonzer has introduced a range of new juicers to their portfolio of kitchenware products - the Omega Masticating Juicer and Vertical Juicer.

Product details:

The new juicers are engineered with powerful components so they can extract juice from virtually anything, including wheatgrass and leafy vegetables.

Their ability to juice at a low speed of 80 RPM means heat and oxidation is minimised, resulting in a high enzyme content which provides the most nutritionally beneficial beverage possible. The juice can be stored for up to 72 hours without degradation meaning less fresh ingredients are wasted.

  • The Masticating Juicer measures 165mm x 368mm x 394mm and can do more than juicing – it has the ability to turn nuts into nut butter, extrude pasta, grind coffee and spices and mince herbs and garlic making it a handy multi-purpose kitchen tool. It has been built to withstand the rigours of a commercial kitchen and is engineered for quiet operation and a long life.
  • The Vertical Juicer, sitting at 178mm x 216mm x 394mm, features an innovative auto cleaning system which keeps the screen clear during juicing and increases its efficiency. A virtually indestructible ULTEM juicing screen allows the operator and customer to see the juice, which adds theatre to the whole occasion

Availability:

The Omega Juicers are available to all UK foodservice businesses now.  For more information on the Omega Juicers or to discover the full range available from Bonzer, call Mitchell & Cooper on 01825 765511 or visit www.bonzer.co.uk.

Why you should buy it:

A statement from Bonzer reads: “With outlets seeing a rise in health conscious clientele, the benefit of providing a range of fresh, home-made juices produced by an Omega Juicer is clear.

"These Juicers will create delicious, healthy drinks and snacks that will appeal to everyone, as well as syrups that can be used for quirky cocktails and mocktails. Why not offer unusual flavours in addition to classics, or even give the customer the chance to choose their own ingredients to create a beverage customised to their own tastes.”
