The live Twitter Q&A, in partnership with Knorr, will take place on Monday, 31 March at 2pm, with the Gordon Ramsay protégé answering all of your tweeted questions, fresh from hosting a masterclass with young chefs at Knorr's Kitchen Academy.
Sargeant, chef-owner of Rocksalt and Plum & Spilt Milk, is an ambassador for the Craft Guild of Chefs’ Young National Chef of the Year and a previous winner of the senior competition. The chef runs his own restaurant, Rocksalt, in Folkestone along with nearby fish & chip restaurant The Smokehouse.
Last year, Sargeant took over the F&B operations at the Great Northern Hotel in King’s Cross. And all of this makes him perfectly placed to answer your questions about rising to the top.
Whether its details about his recent work with Knorr, advice on apprenticeships and training, potential solutions to recruitment challenges or just general queries about his own career and his views on the industry - Sargeant will be on-hand for one hour, answering all of your questions instantly via Twitter.
To get involved, all you’ll need to do is Tweet your question to @BigHospitality using the hashtag #AskMark. You can then track the Twitter Q&A activity live by following @BigHospitality @KnorrTaste and @MarkSargey10. A news story will then follow on BigHospitality, rounding up everything that was sent.
The #AskMark Twitter Q&A with Mark Sargeant takes place on Monday, 31 March between 2-3pm.
