Question for Mark Sargeant - restaurant finance

Posted by Peter R,

Hi Mark
I am looking to move into the finance function of a hospitality and leisure business (I am an accountant in a large accountancy firm at the moment).

What have you found important in the relationship between head office / finance teams and the front end restaurants / head chef etc?

What support do you really value from a good finance team?

ps - looking forward to eating at Rocksalt this weekend!
