Black Sheep Coffee has launched a single origin, premium Robusta coffee for operators looking for something a little bit different for their brew bar.

Robusta Revival uses Robusta coffee from a single-estate in India, which is the only in the world to have received three “Fine Robusta” certifications by tasting experts.

USP:

Most premium coffee on the market uses Arabica beans, traditionally considered to be better quality. However, Robusta beans can create a high-quality coffee if grown in the right conditions and prepared properly.

Robusta coffee is rich, creamy and sweet with a less acidic tone than Arabica beans, has twice the caffeine and has greater levels of protein – helping make for a much richer crema ​when brewed as an espresso.
