The Josper Parrilla Grill is the company’s first open grill, and features a coal shelf that radiates heat evenly, and an adjustable lower air vent and turbo fan to help operators control the temperature and burn rate of the charcoal for cooking flexibility.
Its cooking rack is height and rake-adjustable, and its total grilling area is 910 x 620mm for high capacity. Its compact size (1200 x 800 x 1670mm w/d/h) makes it suitable for small open-plan kitchens.
The Parrilla also has a three-spit electric rotisserie for cooking meat, fish and vegetables over the open coals.
