Bocuse d'Or 2015 in pictures
Devised by Lyonnais chef Paul Bocuse, Bocuse d'Or is considered one of the toughest and most prestigious competitions in the world. This year, 24 chefs from countries across the world battled it out for the top prize in competitive cooking.
The UK was represented by Adam Bennett head chef at The Cross in Kenilworth, who was assisted by commis chef Josh Allen, a culinary arts student at University College Birmingham. The duo had five hours and thirty five minutes to prepare a fish and meat dish, demonstrating a mix of classic and contemporary cooking skills.
