This 70-cover American-diner inspired place has opened in the heart of London’s Soho, and is the third such location from chef-owner-designed Robin Freeman. Showcasing British-sourced produce cooked over a charcoal Josper grill, it offers a range of burgers with toppings such as Morbier cheese, pickled red cabbage, and chilli-pickled Brussels sprouts; plus other options such as smoked Toulouse sausage, confit duck leg, or nuggets with kimchi remoulade. Open all day, this site offers a wider menu than its predecessors, and is also set to offer weekly-changing blackboard specials including weekend brunches, and bottled and aged cocktails.
