The brainchild of former Giraffe operations director Peter Crozier-Clucas, the head chef is Francis Puyat - formerly of Yotam Ottlenghi's NOPI - and the menu includes dishes such as Singapore Soft Shell Chilli Crab, Peanut and Lime, and Courgette and Halloumi Fritter with Preserved Lemon Yoghurt.
