The Swan at Hay hotel has announced Neil McNamara as general manager, ahead of its £2m refurbishment. He brings 12 years’ general manager experience from his role as general manager of the Forest Hotel in Dorridge, Solihull. A qualified chef, he has also worked as a food & beverage manager at the Black Swan, and the Great Victoria, both in Yorkshire.
