Liam McKenna
Liam McKenna started his career at Carnoustie Golf Hotel soon after it opened before going on to work in several restaurants in the Edinburgh area, including Circus Restaurant and Archerfield Golf Club, North Berwick.
He carried out a stint as head chef at Rocca at the Russacks Hotel in St. Andrews before moving to Australia to work in a Japanese restaurant and a private members yacht club in Melbourne for four years before returning to Scotland in 2014 to take up the position of sous chef at Donald Trump’s Aberdeenshire estate. He is now head chef at Trump International.
