Hawksmoor reports record year for turnover and profit
The steakhouse group described 2023 as being 'an excellent year on many fronts' with it having opened a restaurant in Dublin in May, hitting weekly sales highs in excess of €230,000.
Its established restaurants delivered EBITDA margins in excess of 20%, it says.
The B Corp rated business was also ranked number two in the world in the list of the World’s Best Steak Restaurants, the highest ranking of any steakhouse in Europe or the US, and gained a 12th consecutive ranking among the top 100 employers in the UK.

This year, Hawksmoor will open what it describes as its most ambitious restaurant to date, a 16,500sq ft site in Chicago. It will be the company’s second site in the US, following its restaurant in New York, and further builds on the team’s international strategy and ambitions.
