MyFourth allows Fourth customers’ employees to access and view their rota schedule, holiday information, employment details and full details of their latest payslip once it’s processed.
The application is an advanced step of its web-based People System, which allows site managers to access payroll and HR related information to resolve employee issues themselves.
It now enables employees to access their own information, saving managers time otherwise spent on staff queries.
MyFourth is available as a free download from the iTunes App Store. Fourth Hospitality intends to follow it’s launch with a range of new applications including one for stock counting, employee management and local area performance.
