TrackSmart, launched by Call Systems Technology (CST) on 1 January this year, is a tag-based system which monitors a customer's location eliminating the need for table numbers or loud calling.

Product details:

Using TrackSmart, staff give diners a tag which details the location of the customer in real time using PC software.

The system reduces congestion at the till and allows operators to serve food faster and fresher. Waiting staff are also freed up to check on customers, clear tables and upsell.

The rechargeable tags are waterproof and built to withstand restaurant environments. They also provide analytics by giving businesses reports on delivery times, most popular tables and choke-points in the restaurant.

USP:

According to CST, TrackSmart is the only system in hospitality that uses this particular style of tag to track customers waiting for food orders. It gives waiters the customers’ accurate location to make sure the food they deliver is fresh and hot.

Availability and price:

To get hold of the product and for more information on cost, businesses can contact Call Systems Technology direct by email (fbyhgvbaf@pnyy-flfgrzf.pbz) or phone (020 8381 1338).

Why should you buy it?

A spokesperson for CST said: "TrackSmart is an easy way to minimise operational stress points and organises food ordering and delivery more effectively. It saves time, reduces costs and increases profit."
