Nordic restaurant concept Aquavit has arrived in London. Taking inspiration from Aquavit New York, the all-day dining concept has a more relaxed setting than its US counterpart. Martin Brudnizki's design studio has created a look inspired by Gunnar Asplund’s design of Gothenburg City Hall in Sweden with furnishings by Svensk Tenn and artwork from Carole Hamilton. The expansive dining space will be flooded with natural light from the building’s glass façade, and the restaurant will also encompass two private dining rooms and a marble bar serving an extensive list of aquavits and Nordic-inspired cocktails.
