Chris Welham, Managing Director, Spirit Leased
Chris Welham has joined Spirit Pub Company as managing director of Spirit Leased.
Prior to his new role, Welham, 41, was Operations Director at Greene King Pub Partners. He will be looking to develop a long-term strategy for the leased pub estate.
He said: “I have been struck by the energy at Spirit and really like the can-do culture that comes with being part of a new business. I will be focusing on putting the foundations in place on which we can build a strong and successful leased business that is not only profitable for us but vitally, our partners too.”
