Paulina Trocha, F&B manager, St. James's Hotel and Club
Paulina Trocha has been appointed as the new food & beverage manager at the five-star St. James’s Hotel and Club in London.
With a Michelin-starred pedigree, Trocha has worked at some of London’s most respected restaurants including Angela Hartnett’s Murano, Gordon Ramsay’s at Claridge’s, Petrus and the iconic department store Fortnum & Mason.
At St James’s Hotel and Club, she will oversee the operations for award-winning chef William Drabble, including his Michelin-starred restaurant Seven Park Place, the informal dining space William’s Bar & Bistro, as well as private dining and room service.
“I am thrilled to have been appointed Food & Beverage Manager at St. James’s Hotel and Club," said Trocha. "William Drabble’s cuisine is exceptional and it will be a great challenge for me to manage a team of 25 and all the different dining aspects of this beautiful hotel.
"I believe my previous experience within the industry can help further cement the Hotel’s excellent reputation and high quality dining.”
