London-based Affinity Bars & Restaurants has opened Australasian-style restaurant Dickie Fitz in Fitzrovia.
Former Bluebird Chelsea and Gordon Ramsay Group chef Matt Robinson is heading up the kitchen, serving an all-day menu inspired by the flavours and ingredients of the Pacific.
Dishes include steamed barramundi with dashi roast cabbage and daikion, Lamingtons (a type of Australian cake), and Chicken schnitzel sandwiches.
