Forest-Side-Restaurant
Wildsmith Hotels has opened the 20-room Forest Side Hotel in the Lake District after a £4m, 18-month renovation.
Former L'Enclume chef Kevin Tickle will be heading up the 50-cover kitchen, serving a daily changing eight-course menu using produce foraged from the hotel's 46-acre estate.
