Andrew Barber has been appointed head chef at The Swan, Esher, the Surrey pub owned and operated by Claude Bosi and brother Cedric.
Barber has worked in the industry for 22 years with former positions including group executive chef at Marco Pierre White Steak House and executive group head chef at The Admirable Crichton Events.
Guided by Claude Bosi, he will run the kitchen at the 55-cover restaurant as well as its private dining room for 14 guests.
