The Malone Lodge Hotel in Belfast has appointed Carla Hosie as general manager.
Hosie joins the team at the newly refurbished 119-room Eglantine Avenue property from the Marks Tev Hotel in Colchester - part of the Best Western Group - where she was the general manager. Her responsibilities will include the Knife and Fork, the hotel’s brand new standalone grill and deli restaurant concept, as well as the extensive meetings and events offering which can accommodate parties of 240 guests.
“I’m thrilled to be taking on the role of General Manager at the award winning Malone Lodge and I’m really excited about returning to work in Belfast at such an exciting time for the Northern Ireland hospitality industry," she said. "Even more so, I’m looking forward to getting to know all the customers and guests who frequent the hotel and continuing to build upon the high levels of service they’re used to.”
