Zoltan Szabo, an award-winning chef with a "deep passion" for home-grown seasonal produce, has joined the five-star Blythswood Square in Glasgow as executive head chef.
Szabo has previously worked at Cameron House and Grand Central Hotel and won the Scottish Chef of the Year Bronze Award two-years in a row.
Szabo said: “I am extremely proud to be heading up the culinary team at the best hotel in Glasgow.
“I have a fantastic team of extremely talented chefs who will be integral in helping me serve some of the best cuisine this city has to offer and bringing my vision to life at Blythswood Square. I will be inspiring the entire team to reach their full potential as we strive towards an original, creative food offering for the restaurant and hotel."
