Hilton Hotels has announced the appointment of what it dubs its 'Magnificent Seven' - a seven-strong management team for the chain's Hilton London Bankside hotel.
The new team consists of: James Clarke (general manager), Kelly Eichholtz (director of business development), Paul Bates (executive chef), Raoul de Souza (director of food & beverage), Ivan Drinkwater (director of finance), Kim Mouflier (director of rooms) and Stephen Atkinson (head of event planning).
Stuart Bailey, chief executive of Splendid Hospitality who built and operate the hotel, said that they have put together a "highly talented" team.
“Between them they have won a host of hospitality industry including an Acorn and numerous internal awards. They are an exceptional team that have been personally selected, to ensure the hotel can offer the very best experience to our business and leisure travelers and be the event destination of London," he said.
Clarke joins as general manager from Hilton Park Lane where he was director of operations.
Eichholtz has joined Hilton from London Crowne Plaza - The City where she held the position of director of sales and marketing.
Bates, an award-winning chef, joins has taken the position of executive chef at the hotel having previously worked at The Beaumont Hotel and InterContinental Park Lane. He will be leading the all-day dining menus at OXBO Bankside and The Distillery.
De Souza won the 2011 Restauranteur of the Year for JW Marriott.
Drinkwater joins with eight-years of experience as a director for the Four Seasons Hotel Group and Mouflier joins from the InterContinental Park Lane where she was front office manager.
