Apero has appointed Mark Woolgar as its new head chef.
The first task for Woolgar, who will work alongside pastry chef Ji Shun Shin, will be to create a new seasonal menu.
Woolgar has experience working all over the world with his career taking in countries such as Thailand, Australia and the UAE.
Woolgar said: "I'm really excited to join the passionate team at Apero. London is at the forefront of the food scene, so I'm thrilled to be a part of it once again. Apero’s small plate concept and flexible menu gives me much more freedom to be creative and create a selection of flavoursome, colourful plates."
