D&D London restaurant Le Pont de La Tour has reopened with Frederick Forster - former National Chef of the Year - heading up the kitchen.
Forster’s menu features French classics with 'unusual and thoughtful twists' such as Lobster Thermidor, which he demonstrated how to make in our Dish Deconstructed feature.
