Piquet, the new restaurant from former Plateu head chef Allan Pickett and Bodean's founder Andre' Blais has opened its doors.
The 98-cover site, which was originally slated to open in early spring, will merge English and French culinary cultures to create a menu of classical and contemporary dishes.
