Park Inn by Radisson Manchester City Centre has appointed Gemma Preston as its new HR & training officer.
Having spent the past four years as HR Manager for the UK wide Tampopo restaurant chain, 28-year-old Preston will be supporting heads of department at Park Inn as well as taking a proactive role in training and development; helping the team to effectively deliver the brand’s ‘Yes I Can’ approach to providing unrivalled customer service whilst also striving to maintain the hotel’s coveted World Class Service status.
“Seeing people develop and progress in jobs they love to do is what I am passionate about," she said. "I love working with people and I really enjoy the customer service element that working in the hospitality industry brings.
