Steve Groves, head chef, Roux at Parliament Square
MasterChef: The Professionals 2010 winner, Steve Groves, has been promoted to the position of head chef at the Roux at Parliament Square restaurant in Westminster, London.
Groves joined Roux at Parliament Square in October 2010 as senior sous chef after impressing MasterChef judge Michel Roux Jr. His career as a chef has since included positions at Branksome Beach Restaurant in Poole, The Inn at Perry Cabin in the US, and the Michelin-starred Launceston Place in London.
