Araldo De Vitis, head chef, Portobello House
Portobello House has welcomed Araldo De Vitis to the position of head chef.
De Vitis has devised a new bistro menu, offering modern dishes with a nod to his Italian heritage. Prior to his new role, he spent four years as senior sous chef at Hereford Road as well as long periods as chef de partie at St John and The Anchor & Hope.
