The Grain Store, King's Cross, London - 10 June
Another long-awaited restaurant launch in the last month was the opening of Bruno Loubet's latest venture - The Grain Store at King's Cross.
The 80-cover restaurant and 40-cover bar on Stable Street features a food menu created by the chef which showcases his passion for vegetables - they are at the heart of a number of dishes as opposed to being just the garnish.
Leading mixologist Tony Conigliaro has created the cocktail menu which includes a number of less-sweet drinks which have been matched with dishes on the restaurant's menu.
