Richard Walton-Allen, consultant, Dine Consultant
Leeds-based events and venues specialist, Dine Consultancy, has joined forces with Richard Walton-Allen, who will join the team of experts in the newly launched service.
With over 20 years’ experience working in the food industry, Walton-Allen spent the last seven years at Create Leeds – prior to this he was the executive chef at Harvey Nichols.
His new job role at Dine will cover business planning, legal and licensing issues,operational issues, venue development and product launches.
