Delphine Maillard, director of food and beverage, Jumeirah Carlton Tower
Jumeirah Carlton Tower has appointed Delphine Maillard as its new director of food and beverage.
Hailing from France, Maillard joins Jumeirah Carlton Tower with over fifteen years of experience, having held a variety of roles including restaurant manager, event operations manager and food and beverage manager before advancing to the position of food and beverage Director in 2008. She has worked at renowned restaurants and hotels, including Le Gavroche, The Gleneages Hotel, The Westin Dubai and most recently, Kurumba Maldives.
In her new role, Maillard will oversee all operations at the hotel, including The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant, Chinoiserie, The Club Room and banqueting. She said: “I am thrilled to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower and look forward to working with the team to further enhance our food and beverage offerings.”
