Stephen Rey, executive sous chef, Lancaster London
Stephen Rey has just been appointed as executive sous chef at Lancaster London.
In his new role, Rey he will be responsible for day-to-day operations in all culinary and stewarding functions. He will ensure guests receive the highest quality cuisine in the hotel’s two-AA-Rosette restaurants, Nipa Thai and Island Grill, The Lounge Bar, plus the 24 hour room service. The chef will also play an integral role in Lancaster London’s conference and banqueting services.
