Adam-Anderson-Acklam-Hall
Adam Anderson has joined Acklam Hall, Middlesborough as head chef where he will oversee the hotel's restaurant The Brierley and all event catering.
Anderson, who has worked at Wynyard Hall, Jesmond Dene House and Newcastle Foodball Club, joins as the Grade I listed building re-opens its doors for business following an 18-month refurbishment.
He said: “Managing the kitchen at The Brierley at Acklam Hall is such an amazing opportunity as it really is going to offer something very different- it’s full of surprises. It’s a great chance for me to show my creative skills as we are going to be offering a real mix of fine dining and comfort food as well as afternoon teas and other treats. There’s a major challenge ahead and I am looking forward to unveiling my food and team in the coming weeks.”
