Simon Rogan has appointed Sam Ward (Sam Ward) as operations manager at his L’Enclume restaurant in Cartmel, Cumbria.
Ward joined the restaurant in 2012 and now plays a key role at the Michelin two-starred restaurant with rooms.
Rogan has made other appointments across his properties including Lee Bird as the head chef at Rogan & Company, also in Cartmel. He was previously head chef at Gilpin Hotel & Lake House in the Lake District, and a sous chef at The French at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
He has also appointed Marcus Noack as the group executive chef at his Umbel Restaurant Group.
