Axelle Besson, F&B manager, Lancaster London
Axelle Besson has been promoted to F&B manager at Lancaster London.
In her new role, Besson will oversee the F&B department of the hotel - a multi-outlet operation which includes the two-AA-rosette restaurant Nipa Thai, which was recently awarded three stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association for the second year running.
