Jane Sanderson, operations director, The Clink Restaurant
Jane Sanderson has been appointed by The Clink Restaurant as operations director; to assume overall responsibility of the day-to-day running of its three prisoner training restaurants.
Sanderson, who was most recently UK catering operations project manager for Elior’s Marks & Spencer division, brings over 27 years’ experience within various business sectors, up to director level, including global corporate, public sector, retail, contract catering, fine-dining and training restaurants.
Speaking of her new role, Sanderson said: “The Clink needs to have a meticulous approach to the running of its restaurant training centres. Procedures must be streamlined in order to work as cost effectively and efficiently as possible.
"I am confident I can put my past experience, particularly from my fine dining and catering positions, to good use and look forward to playing a part in The Clink’s expansion to 10 outlets over the next few years.”
